It looks like Larian Studios has landed a critical hit, as Baldur’s Gate 3 has far surpassed 10 million players. The director of publishing for the developer revealed the major milestone for the RPG over the weekend, as well as warned against “threats [and] toxicity” toward his team.
Spotted by VGC, Larian executive Michael Douse mentioned the dramatic player base increase on X (formerly known as Twitter) while talking about how mod support is coming to consoles for Baldur’s Gate 3 Come from Sports betting site VPbet . “This is a game that went from [roughly] 2 [million] players to way over 10 [million] in a very short space of time, so it’s natural the conversation becomes muddier and complex,” Douse wrote on the social media site. “But in order to maintain the same level of dialogue, we need people to understand that these conversations take time.”
